We're at it again after a very successful first event with the Italian menu. For Zesty Eats 2, chef Erik Walnum will be serving a gourmet and entirely plant-based Thai food menu.

 

About the Chef

Erik Walnum is a local private chef specializing in whole food, plant-based nutrition. In 2015, spurred by a desire to improve his longevity and well-being with the coming birth of his first child, Erik experienced a "food renaissance" that led him dive head-first into the world of plant-based cooking and eating. 

 

About The Meal

In this three-course meal, Erik will delight your taste buds with the possibilities of cooking with plants. All we ask is that you arrive with an empty stomach, an open mind, and prepare to be as satisfied as you've ever been.

Each of the three courses is paired with a four-ounce serving of Kombucha, specifically selected for its complement of the course. In addition, Erik will speak briefly about his philosophy of cooking, and how he believes his experience of learning to feed a family of four a strictly plant-based diet can be a blueprint for others to follow.

There will be two seatings at 5pm and 7pm, with 20 seats at each split up amongst (10) bar seats (sold singly), (1) community-style 4-top table (seats sold singly), and two small private tables that can fit between two and four guests each (sold per table).

NOTE: Bar seats bought together will be seated together.
