We soft opened last Friday (alongside Wildrye Distilling's grand opening) and have received a very warm welcome to the Cannery District neighborhood since then! It feels really good to be here, and we know it's only going to get better as the summer sets in and our production ramps up.

In the past five days, our Booch loving friends have relieved us of 4 out of 5 of the flavors in our initial batch. We didn't have much, but needless to say, we're stoked you liked it! There will be plenty more where that came from very soon.

 As of Thursday morning, the raw, unflavored Kombucha is the only flavor left on our menu. All the flavors will be back in action starting Friday!

When our big batch finishes in the next week or two, we'll have enough volume to start doing growler fills and distributing kegs around town. But for tonight, Dean and I are staying up late to flavor just enough Booch to reload the tasting room taps for in-house service this weekend. We hope you'll come see us, bring a friend, and enjoy some sunshine on the patio!
